SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
We will do our best to ship in-stock items within 2-3 business days after an order is placed. Non U.S orders will take an additional 4-12 business days for delivery based on location. Holidays or other large sale days may delay this process but we will do our best to fulfill higher order volumes.
Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you so much for shopping with Croft Haus! We understand that not every item will work for you, so we are here to make the return process simple.

Any unwashed, unworn and unused products must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date to be accepted as a refund. Shipping charges for items purchase online are non-refundable and return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund total ($8). Giving Box (coming soon) items are non-refundable or exchangeable.

Items that smell, have makeup marks, show signs of wear, tags removed, or show signs of animal hair are not valid for an exchange or refund.

If returned merchandise (online) is approved as returnable condition, the refund will be issued to your original form of payment equal to the price of the returned item(s), including sales tax (if applicable), minus the selected return shipping fee (if applied). Please allow 5-8 business days for the refund to be applied on your credit card account (online orders only)
In-store purchases must be brought back to the store within 7 days of purchasing. If approved, they will be refunded as store credit.
