Thank you so much for shopping with Croft Haus! We understand that not every item will work for you, so we are here to make the return process simple.

Any unwashed, unworn and unused products must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date to be accepted for a return. Shipping charges for items purchase online are non-refundable and return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund total. Giving Box items are non-refundable or exchangeable. 

Items that smell, have makeup marks, show signs of wear, tags removed, or show signs of animal hair are not valid for an exchange or refund. 

Privacy & Safety

We reserve the right to cancel any orders or requests that we find necessary. 

We collect the following information for each online customer: 

- First and Last Name

- Shipping Address 

- Credit Card Information 

- Email Address

Information collected during the purchase process is only used to process your order and to communicate with you about your purchase items.
